After 3 days pass since completing Sand Corsairs, speak with Queen Calixa in the Heroes’ Palace of Levant.

If you haven't completed Blood Under the Sun, Queen Calixa will ask you to. You can choose to ignore it and complete it without success.

Travel to the Enmerkar Forest region (south west of Levant). Ensure you have at least 7 travel rations (4 for Enmerkar Forest, 3 for Hallowed Marsh).

Follow the road north west in Enmerkar Forest until it splits, then head north west again and follow the road north into the Hallowed Marsh.

In Hallowed Marsh, collect 5 Marshmelons and 1 Phytosaur Horn. A Marshmelon is located to the west on the first island.

Navigate through the Ziggurat Passage (entrance to the north) to reach other islands. Loot chests, caches, and corpses for Marshmelons. Extract a Phytosaur Horn from a Phytosaur within the passage.

After opening the bridge in Ziggurat Passage, a Marshmelon is found at the end of the first bridge.

Cross the second bridge, head north, and follow the road north west towards Monsoon. Near the bridge to Giants’ Village, find four Marshmelon spawn points.

Take a boat from the Monsoon docks to the city.

Inside Monsoon, go north and speak with Laine the Alchemist. Select the dialogue option “I’m here to talk about Levant’s food shortage”.

Provide Laine with the 5 Marshmelons and 1 Phytosaur Horn.

Rest for 12 hours.

Speak with Laine the Alchemist again. The quest log may not update, but you can proceed.

Speak with the Soroborean Caravanner nearby (south west). Select “I need to talk to you about ending the famine in Levant”.

The Caravanner will task you with obtaining the Ornate Granite Tablet from the Spire of Light dungeon.

Travel south east from Monsoon to the Spire of Light dungeon.

In the first room of the Spire of Light, defeat the two Golden Minions.

Go down the adjacent stairs and pull the lever in the center of the room.

Defeat the spawned Golden Minion and Golden Specter.

Go up the stairs to a wooden platform. Pull the lever to the right of the central mechanism, then pull the lever in the center of the platform.

Go back down the stairs to the blue orb. Loot the chest behind it.

Interact with the blue orb to teleport. Defeat the Golden Minions and Specters that appear.

Pull the lever behind the blue orb and loot the nearby junk pile.

Cross the bridge to the north and interact with the next orb to teleport.
