If you haven't explored much outside Cierzo yet, don't worry. Head northwest from the town center, past where Shopkeeper Doran and the other traders are. You'll see a wooden ramp leading down towards the docks. Just go up that ramp and hang a left – Arago should be right there at his stall.

When you chat with Arago, pick the 'I'd like to talk' option. He'll ask you to make him a Ceviche, a special one his parents used to make. To do that, you'll need a few things:

• Raw Rainbow Trout
• Seaweed
• Salt

Now, about getting those ingredients:

• Raw Rainbow Trout: Your best bet is to try fishing in the waters around Cierzo. Sometimes you get lucky! If not, don't sweat it – you can actually buy a Raw Rainbow Trout directly from Arago himself.
• Seaweed: You should have seen plenty of this washed up on the beaches near Cierzo. If you've used it all up or missed it, just head to the beach on the west side of the lighthouse. There are usually a bunch of seaweed patches there.
