Tending the Flame: The Heroic Kingdom Of Levant

Wait three in-game days after joining the Heroic Kingdom of Levant faction.

Speak with Cyrene, located to the left of the Heroes’ Palace entrance in Levant.

Travel to the city of Berg in Enmerkar Forest. To do this, head south west through the open desert until you reach the edge of the map, then travel to Enmerkar Forest. Follow the road north west from your arrival point to reach Berg.

Locate the Blue Chamber in the north west of Berg; it is the largest building.

Enter the Blue Chamber and proceed to the stone platform where the meeting is taking place.

Speak with Cyrene first to prevent her death.

Speak with Kapros, found at the top of the stairs to the south.

Choose to help prevent the attack by selecting “Alright, I’m in. What’s the plan?”.

Enter the Necropolis beneath the Blue Chamber.

Read the note on the floor immediately upon entering the Necropolis. If the note is not present, defeat the two bandits in the first room, then leave and re-enter to find the note.

If you were defeated by the bandits, or chose not to help in step 8, you will need to visit the Burnt Outpost in the south of Enmerkar Forest. Exit Berg from the southern entrance and follow the main road south over the bridge. Continue south over grassy fields until you reach the main road again. Follow this road until you reach a pillar marking a split in the road. Take the left path further south.

Continue along this road towards the burning tree. Be cautious of mobs and fire elementals.

From the burning tree, head south west towards the bandit camp containing the Burnt Outpost.

Enter the bandit camp and make your way to the Burnt Outpost in the center, avoiding fire elementals.

Inside the Burnt Outpost, wait in the first room until two armoured warriors appear. Defeat them. Use element rags and potions/spells for resistance if needed.

After defeating the warriors, your objective will update to return to Cyrene in Levant.

If you did not help prevent the attack or were defeated by the bandits, free Rissa and Kirouac from the cages in the Burnt Outpost room.

Return to Cyrene outside the Heroes’ Palace in Levant.

Speak with Cyrene to complete the quest.
