Outward: Get Skulls for Cremeuh Guide

Alright, so you're looking to get those Skulls for Cremeuh, huh? This quest isn't handed out by a specific NPC. Instead, you'll need to venture into the Necropolis, which is hidden away in the Blue Chamber in Berg. Your main goal is to snag four Blue Skull Effigies from there.

Important Note: Before you can even think about getting into the Necropolis, you absolutely MUST have finished the third faction quest for either The Heroic Kingdom of Levant or The Holy Mission of Elatt. If you're doing The Blue Chamber Collective's questline, you'll actually enter the Necropolis during their third quest, 'Whispering Bones'.

Walkthrough

Once you're inside the Necropolis, head down the stairs and make your way east, then south down another set of stairs. This will take you deeper into the Necropolis. You'll hit a blue magical barrier blocking the path further down.

To open this barrier, first turn east, then right to go south. Look for a room on your left – that's where you'll find the first Blue Skull Effigy. Before you grab it though, be a good scout and loot the Greasy Ferns chilling in the southeast corner of the room. Now, go ahead and take the skull, but be ready – a ghost is going to spawn the second you do!

After you've dealt with that first ghost, head down the hallway to the south and take a left into another room. Surprise! Another Blue Skull Effigy is waiting for you. Grabbing this one summons a red ghost, and trust me, these hit way harder than the purple or blue ones. If you need to, use the hallways to kite it around and avoid getting knocked down. Once it's toast, continue south to the end of the hallway.

You'll find the Sutherland Family Altar here. To appease the spirits, interact with it and use one of the Greasy Ferns you picked up earlier.

With that done, head back north up the hallway to where you saw that magic barrier. This time, take the western path and enter the rooms on your right. Each of these rooms holds a Blue Skull Effigy. Just like before, taking each skull will spawn ghosts – one purple and one red.

Once you've collected all four skulls, head west into the room with the Aberdeen Family Altar. Interact with it and place another Greasy Fern to unlock that magic barrier. Now you can go back to the barrier and head down the stairs to the south.

Keep going south down two more sets of stairs. At the end of the hall, turn east. You'll find Cremeuh chilling in this final room. Chat with him and hand over the skulls to wrap up the quest.

Cremeuh will craft you an Ornate Bone Shield using the skulls you brought him. This shield is pretty sweet, dealing 19.2 physical damage and 12.8 Ethereal damage on hit. It also packs a punch with 51 impact and gives you 17 impact resistance.
