- 1After the scene, use Rope Arrows to break the blockade and return to the 'Wicked Vale' Base Camp.
- 2Fast travel to the 'Logging Camp' Base Camp in the Soviet Installation.
- 3On your map, locate the five pink objective markers indicating cave entrances near the saw mill. These caves contain the Seed Pods.
- 4Enter the caves (Survival Instincts will highlight them) and harvest the Seed Pods from the vine-type plants with red flowers. You'll likely only need to explore a couple of caves to get all 5 Seed Pods.
- 5While traveling between caves, watch for Trinity soldiers patrolling the saw mill area.
- 6Also, hunt and skin two deer to scavenge the required 2 Deer Livers. If you can't find deer, revisit the Siberian Wilderness or Geothermal Valley maps.
- 7Once you have 5 Seed Pods and 2 Deer Livers, your objectives will update.
- 8Fast travel to the 'Copper Mill Yard' Base Camp or go to the Copper Mill entrance.
- 9From the campfire, go through the gate previously blocked by the rope barricade.
- 10Climb the ladder on the train in the next area.
- 11Jump across the adjacent rooftops until you reach another ladder.
- 12Look left to find a rope barrier (or an opening if already destroyed).
- 13Enter the room behind the barrier to find a small footlocker containing the Chemicals. Looting this will trigger a cutscene and update your objectives.
