You'll regain control of Lara inside a prison cell. Look on the wall opposite the door for a pipe; interact with it to break it loose.

Head to the right-hand wall (when facing the door) and bash down the weak section.

Proceed through the gap you just created. In this room, you'll find the Recurve Bow and Rope on a table. This combination is key to pulling down objects wrapped in rope.

Return to your cell and use a Rope Arrow on the roped section of the bars above the doorway to pull them down.

Climb up and through the opening this creates to trigger a cutscene.

After the scene, check the desk across from the cell door for a Document [11/26].

In the dead end opposite the door Jacob went through, you'll find a chest containing Relic [06/18 – Cigarette Case].

Head through the open doorway and down the stairs.

In the storage room at the bottom of the stairs, you'll find a Document [12/26] on the desk in the center, next to a film reel you can interact with to view a slideshow.

Along the right-hand wall of the storage room, look for a Strongbox [05/14 - Weapon Part: Compound Bow Part 02] and a bin with some reagents.

When you're ready to move on, head to the door in the far left corner (from where you entered the storage room) and break it open with your pickaxe.

As you enter the next area, grab the crate of Salvage on the left before heading up the stairs.

Scale the ladder at the top and then climb through the open window on the left to trigger another scene.

Tips

Make sure to grab the Recurve Bow and Rope Arrows as soon as you find them; they are essential for progressing.
Don't miss the Document and Relic in the initial cell area.
