    After the intro cutscene, approach your helmet on the wall and press E/M1.

    Look at the computer screen to the right of the helmet.

    Press the PRINT tab and PRINT ID. Collect the printed ID from the left side of the computer.

    Crouch (CTRL + Space) to find the fallen ID and press E/M1 to grab it.

    Go to the computer beside the door and press OPEN DOOR.

    Leave your room and walk left towards the panoramic screen.

    Follow the IC bot to a different entrance into the mall and climb down the ladder.

    At the bottom of the ladder, walk straight to the Wireless Access Point.

    Walk to the right of the Access Point to the far end wall and find a hatch with cables.

    Follow the cables to an electrical box. Aim your C.A.T. tool (M2) and fire (M1) at the terminal to open the hatch.

    Press CTRL to climb through the hatch.

    A gate will close you in. Crouch and look under the Checkout desk to find a red button. Press it.

    Hide behind the desk as a bot breaks open the gate.

    When the gate is opened and the bot is out of the way, run left, then right toward Galaxy Video.

    Walk down the hall to the right of the Access Point (left side of Galaxy Video) to reach the security room. Read the note on the door.

    Go back to the plant area before the video store and through Union Plaza.

    Go straight toward the panel of screens, past the room where you entered via the hatch, and take a left.

    Go all the way down the hall and take a right into an area with purple lighting.

    Go around the center planter and crouch (CTRL) to get under the shutters into MEGAZONE.
Tips
  • The elevator keycode and your ID number are randomized for each player. Always check your in-game Database and suit for the correct codes.
  • Your C.A.T. tool requires batteries, which have three uses per battery. Monitor its charge by pressing R.
  • Be aware that hostile bots roam certain areas. Avoid them by running (SHIFT) or hiding behind obstacles, as you cannot fight them.
  • In MEGAZONE, you can find an arcade machine to play and earn an achievement.
