Start in your room, equip your helmet, and use the computer to print your ID.

Crouch to pick up the fallen ID.

Use the computer by the door to open it and proceed to the elevator.

Enter the meeting room (A01) to the right of the panoramic screen.

In the meeting room, collect the C.A.T. tool from the second table on the left.

Use the computer in the meeting room to open another door and find batteries (blue-colored).

Power your C.A.T. tool with a battery. Use it to connect to the projection on the wall and access the DATABASE to find the elevator keycode (e.g., 4832 - this code is random, check your own database).

Enter the keycode at the elevator and proceed to the next area.

At the ASN terminal, listen to the voice recording and view the screen.

Return to the elevator area and go to the Tram Station. Use your C.A.T. tool to override the gate by pulsing the electrical box.

Enter the Tram Station, use the computer inside, and select the Mall as your destination.

At the Mall, press the IC assistance button at the front desk and follow the droid. Log in with your ID number (e.g., 9601 - this ID is unique to you).

Select Business or Pleasure as your purpose. An error will occur.

Press the IC assistance button again and follow the IC bot to a different entrance. Climb down the ladder.

At the bottom of the ladder, find the electrical box connected to a hatch and use your C.A.T. tool to open it.

Crouch and press the red button under the Checkout desk to open the gate. Hide behind the desk as a bot breaks it open.

Once the gate is open, run left and then right towards Galaxy Video.

Walk down the hall to the right of the Access Point (left of Galaxy Video) to find the security room. Read the note indicating the meeting is moved to MEGAZONE.

Return to the plant area before the video store, go through Union Plaza, past the room where you entered via the hatch, and take a left.

Go down the hall, take a right into the area with purple lighting, go around the planter, and crouch under the shutters into MEGAZONE.

Tips

Hostile bots roam the Mall area after the gate opens. You cannot fight them, so avoid them by running (SHIFT) or hiding behind obstacles.
The elevator keycode and your ID number are randomized for each player. Always check your in-game database and suit for the correct codes.
Your C.A.T. tool has three uses per battery. Check its charge by pressing R and looking at the meter.
In MEGAZONE, find a powered-on arcade machine (back row with Gunshow image) and interact with it to play and earn an achievement.
