After the intro cutscene, approach your helmet on the wall and press E/M1.

Interact with the computer screen to the right. Click the FORM tab to complete the tutorial.

Press the PRINT tab and PRINT ID. Grab the ID that falls to the left of the computer.

Crouch (CTRL + Space) to pick up the fallen ID.

Use the computer beside the door to OPEN DOOR and leave your room.

Walk left towards the panoramic screen of the moon.

Go to the elevator door and then to the room to the right (meeting room A01).

Enter the second door on your right.

In the room, collect your C.A.T. tool from the second table on the left.

Go to the right side of the meeting room and use the computer to open another door.

Find batteries (blue-colored) inside. One can be found in the recycling center under the shelves (crouch).

Equip a battery to your C.A.T. tool. View charge by pressing R. Each battery has three uses.

Connect to the projection on the meeting room wall by pressing R, then the Wireless Access Point button.

Go to the DATABASE page to find the elevator keycode (e.g., 4832 - this is random per player).

Return to the elevator and enter the keycode on the keypad. Press OPEN DOOR.

Enter the elevator and press GATEWAY on the computer to access the next area.

Exit the elevator and walk left to the ASN terminal. Listen to the voice recording and view the screen for an access code (not detailed in this section).

Return to the elevator and look right at the Tram Station.

Follow cables from the gate to the box on the wall above the note. Aim your C.A.T. tool (M2) and fire a pulse (M1) to open the gate.

Walk through the opened gate to the Tram Station.

Approach the Tram and use the computer screen inside to select a location. Choose the Mall.

At the Mall, go to the front desk and press the IC assistance button. Follow the droid to the computer.

Log in with your ID number (e.g., 9601 - this is random per player), found on the front of your suit.

Select Business or Pleasure as your purpose. An error will occur.

Return to the front desk and press the IC assistance button again. Follow the IC bot to a different entrance.

Climb down the ladder.

Walk straight to the Wireless Access Point. To the right, follow cables to an electrical box on the far wall.

Aim your C.A.T. tool (M2) and fire a pulse (M1) at the terminal to open a hatch.

Crouch (CTRL) to climb through the hatch.

A gate will close you in. Crouch and look under the Checkout desk for a red button. Press it.

Hide behind the desk as a bot breaks open the gate.

When the gate is opened and the bot is clear, run left, then right towards Galaxy Video.

Walk down the hall to the right of the Access Point (left of Galaxy Video) to reach the security room. Read the note on the door (meeting moved to MEGAZONE).

Go back to the plant area before the video store, through Union Plaza. Go straight towards the panel of screens, then take a left.

Go all the way down the hall, take a right, and go around the center planter.

Crouch (CTRL) to get under the shutters into MEGAZONE.

In MEGAZONE, find a powered-on arcade machine (back row with Gunshow image) and press E/M1 to interact and play for an achievement.

Tips

Hostile bots roam the Mall area after the hatch. You cannot fight them; run (SHIFT) or hide behind obstacles.
Battery uses for the C.A.T. tool are limited to three per battery.
Keycodes and ID numbers are randomized for each player. Always check in-game sources like the Database or your suit for the correct information.
