After the cutscene, approach your helmet on the wall and press E/M1.

Look at the computer screen to the right of the helmet. Press F to zoom if needed.

Click the FORM tab and complete the tutorial.

Press the PRINT tab and PRINT ID. The ID will print on the left side of the computer.

Crouch (CTRL + Space + S) to find the fallen ID on the floor and press E/M1 to grab it.

Go to the computer beside the door and press OPEN DOOR. Leave your room and walk left.

After the presentation, go to the elevator door. To access it, go to the room to the right of the panoramic screen (Meeting Room A01), then the second door on your right.

In the meeting room, collect your C.A.T. tool from the second table on the left.

Use the computer on the right side of the meeting room to open another door. Find blue-colored batteries inside.

To power the C.A.T. tool, press R to view it and look at the meter. Each battery has three uses.

Go to the projection on the wall in the meeting room, press R, and press the Wireless Access Point button to connect.

Go to the DATABASE page and note the elevator keycode (e.g., 4832 - this is randomized per player).

Return to the elevator and enter the keycode on the keypad. Press OPEN DOOR, then GATEWAY on the computer.

Exit the elevator and walk left to the ASN terminal. Listen to the voice recording.

Go back toward the elevator and look right at the Tram Station. Follow the cables from the gate to the box on the wall above the note.

Aim your C.A.T. tool (M2) at the box and fire a pulse (M1) to open the gate.

Walk through the opened gate to the Tram Station. Approach the Tram and get on.

Use the computer screen inside the Tram to select a location, choosing the Mall first.

At the Mall, go to the front desk and press the IC assistance button. Follow the droid to the computer.

Log in using your ID number (found on the front of your suit, e.g., 9601 - this is randomized per player).

Select Business or Pleasure as your purpose. An error will occur.

Return to the front desk and press the IC assistance button again. Follow the IC bot to a different entrance.

Climb down the ladder. Walk straight to the Wireless Access Point.

Walk right of the Access Point to the far end wall. Follow cables to an electrical box.

Aim your C.A.T. tool (M2) and fire a pulse (M1) at the terminal to open a hatch. Press CTRL to climb through.

Inside, a gate will close. Crouch and look under the Checkout desk for a red button. Press it.

Hide behind the desk as a bot breaks open the gate.

When the bot is clear, run left, then right toward Galaxy Video.

Walk down the hall to the right of the Access Point (left side of Galaxy Video) to the security room. Read the note indicating the meeting is moved to MEGAZONE.

Go back to the plant area before the video store, through Union Plaza, straight toward the panel of screens, and take a left.

Go down the hall, take a right into the purple-lit area. Go around the planter and crouch (CTRL) under the shutters into MEGAZONE.

Tips

You can press F to look closer at computer screens.
Bots in the Mall area are hostile and cannot be fought; avoid them by running (SHIFT) or hiding.
Hostile bots can still reach the Access Point near Galaxy Video.
In MEGAZONE, find a powered-on arcade machine (back row with Gunshow image) and press E/M1 to interact and play the game to earn an achievement.
