Complete Silent Hill: Downpour Part 11 walkthrough covering the Crying House, Doll enemy, and Police Station objectives.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Explore the area known as the CRYING HOUSE, located below the Police Station on Campbell Street. Enter by finding a lit window near the ground; the word 'Enter' will appear on screen.
  2. 2
Inside, go to the basement and find a green locker. If you opened the first locker with code 171678, this one will be open and contain [NAILGUN AMMO].
  3. 3
Locate a locked door in the basement. To open it, go upstairs and turn on the TV. This will power down the building and unlock the door.
  4. 4
Before entering the newly unlocked door, be aware that a [COLT] pistol is on a chair inside, but you will also encounter a new enemy called the DOLL.
  5. 5
Combat Primer: The Doll - The Doll itself does nothing; the real threat is the SHADOWS it controls. These shadows are hard to see and attack relentlessly with hit-and-run tactics. Killing three shadows hurts the Doll, allowing you to knock it down. A special UV light will later help see shadows more clearly.
  6. 6
After dealing with the Doll, exit the house and check the ground near a sandbox for the [MISSING CHILD] excerpt.
  7. 7
Be aware that POLICE CARS patrol the streets. If a police car sees you, three enemies will spawn after the screen reloads, and you will receive two objectives: 'Stop the patrol cars' and 'Find the police patrol dispatcher.'
  8. 8
To stop the patrol cars, you must be caught by one first. Then, head to the Police Station to use the dispatch system.
  9. 9
Combat Primer: The Prisoner Minion - This enemy is human-shaped with metal around its head. It attacks with punches and kicks, can stun you with head hits (requiring analog stick shaking to recover), and blocks attacks. Heavy weapons are recommended, and attacking as it approaches or tries to go around obstacles is effective. Fighting them in groups is not recommended. Some minions will later be armed with a shank.
  10. 10
Make your way to the Police Station. Enter from the north through a gap in the wall.
  11. 11
Look to the left for the [POLICE REPORT] paper on the ground.
  12. 12
Cross the gap to the other side. Murphy will add the objective: 'Identify each patrol car's call number.'
  13. 13
Look to the left for a board of patrol car call numbers. A cabinet nearby contains a [FIRST AID KIT].
  14. 14
Check the radio nearby and input the call numbers to find those missing from the board. The solutions for all difficulties are: D375, C466, B557, A648.
  15. 15
Inputting all four codes completes three objectives: 'Stop the patrol cars,' 'Find the police patrol dispatcher,' and 'Identify each patrol car's call number.'
  16. 16
Pick up the axe nearby and break down the wooden door opposite the radio.
  17. 17
Grab the [CRIME REPORT] paper from the floor.
Tips
  • Enemies are more likely to appear when it is raining and lightning; listen to your radio.
  • A First Aid Kit can be found on McCammon St, on the left side, in the backyard of a building. McCammon St is blocked on the west side; from there, go around the house via an alley to find the kit.
  • The Doll's shadows are difficult to see; use your flashlight and focus on them.
  • If you choose to fight the Doll, remember that killing three shadows will give you an opening to attack the Doll itself.
  • When fighting Prisoner Minions, focus on attacking them as they approach or try to maneuver around obstacles.
