    Side Quest: "All Points Bulletin"
    • Objective: Stop patrol cars roaming Silent Hill.

    How to do: Get caught by patrol cars to spawn enemies, then go to the police station (enter from the north) and use the dispatch radio with the following codes: D375, C466, B557, A648.
