- 1After the Screamer encounter, backtrack to the starting point using the map.
- 2Return to the body by the work table and place the heart back. It will disappear, leaving a [FIRST AID KIT].
- 3Objective Complete: Find the missing heart.
- 4You will receive the 'Telltale Heart' bronze trophy and complete the 'The Telltale Heart' side quest.
- 5Head back to Rice Street. Search near the barrier on the far east for [BIRDCAGE 4/5] and a scene will play.
- 6On the northern side of Rice Street, find a [RYALL STATE PRISON] news clipping on the porch of the northwestern house (east of the van).
- 7A nearby house is the starting point for the 'Ashes to Ashes' side quest, which will be covered in the next chapter.
- 8Continue north up King Ave to a raised drawbridge. Search near it for [PISTOL BULLETS] x2.
- 9Enter the door on the left of the drawbridge.
- 10On the docks below, find a trinket stand. By going through the right door twice and checking the box on the left, you can find the [HARMONY, 1ST PART TRINKET].
- 11Return to the bridge hut and climb the ladder. On a box, find the [HARMONY, 2ND PART TRINKET].
- 12Pull the lever to lower the drawbridge.
