Guide to solving the Centennial Building puzzle in Silent Hill: Downpour. Find the ID Card, Employee Review, and navigate the Otherworld to escape.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
The code for the vault is 961 (IX, VI, I).
  2. 2
Head to the vault and enter the code 961 from left to right.
  3. 3
Inside, search the body on the left to find the [ID CARD].
  4. 4
Search the desk for the [EMPLOYEE REVIEW]. Note: On HARD puzzle difficulty, the Employee Review might be in a book on a nearby bookcase, identifiable with the UV light. Check this regardless of difficulty.
  5. 5
Return to the elevator and use the ID Card. Select the 18th floor and head up.
  6. 6
Upon exiting the elevator, grab the [STUDIO MAP] from the right wall.
  7. 7
Proceed forward and you will see DJ Ricks behind glass on the left.
  8. 8
You can check the break room on the right to hear an older voice.
  9. 9
Head to the eastern door. Use the UV light to reveal the words "Point of no return" on the ground.
  10. 10
Enter the door to trigger a long cutscene involving DJ Ricks, the cop, and uninvited guests.
  11. 11
After the cutscene, you will be in The Centennial Building Otherworld. You should receive the 'Found a Friend!' bronze trophy.
  12. 12
Look for a fire exit door and a pile of trash nearby.
  13. 13
Go into the left room for a [FIRST AID KIT] in a cabinet.
  14. 14
Search the other room for [DILUENT].
  15. 15
Pour the Diluent on the trash pile.
  16. 16
Use your lighter on the trash pile to ignite it.
  17. 17
As sprinklers activate, stand by the fire door. The VOID will appear, transforming the area into the OTHERWORLD.
  18. 18
Run immediately and knock over a container.
  19. 19
When the path splits, go STRAIGHT.
  20. 20
Take the first left and run to a hole.
  21. 21
As soon as you land, take a right into the room with a mirror (marked by an 'emergency exit' sign).
  22. 22
Turn the invisible handle under the sign and enter the new room. The VOID will return.
  23. 23
Quickly take the door on your right and turn the handle.
  24. 24
Run away, knocking over objects to slow the Void. Steer left into a parking area.
  25. 25
    Avoid falling cars and obstacles.
  26. 26
Look for a flip lever on the wall to your right and activate it to turn on a fan and open a door. The fan will suck in the Void.
  27. 27
Continue forward and hit the switch (hanging upwards) to open a door.
  28. 28
Proceed until you are forced into a cage for a ride.
  29. 29
After the ride stops, the VOID will appear again. Run to the right, zig-zagging through dropping cages.
  30. 30
Continue running; the floor will give way, stopping the Void.
  31. 31
Down here, grab the [FIRST AID KIT] to your left.
  32. 32
Take either the left or right path. You will encounter a Wall Monster.
  33. 33
Combat Primer: Wall Monster: This enemy is stuck to the wall. It attacks by spitting acid or blood. Wait for it to finish attacking before running past.
  34. 34
Reach the other end and throw the switch to open doors.
  35. 35
In the next area, let cages fall to create holes in the floor.
  36. 36
Check the left-hand rooms for a [FIRST AID KIT].
