- 1Head towards the cabin, dealing with three Screamers (two in the forest, one by the cabin) by luring them away, fighting, or running past them.

- 16Go to the room north of the kitchen; a quake will open the path north. Deal with the following Screamer and continue to a staircase.
- 17In the small north room upstairs, find a [FIRST AID KIT] and [PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION 2] in the drawer.
- 18In the next large room upstairs, locate the [INTERNAL MEMO] near the door.
- 19Use the X-RAY MACHINE in this room to scan the three Screamers on carts to find a key. The key's location is randomized; for some, it was in the Screamer on the left.
- 20Warning: If you search a screamer before using the X-ray, it will swipe at you. Searching it twice will initiate a fight.
- 21Once you find the Screamer with the key, search it and use the left analog stick to find the spot where the controller vibrates the most, then press 'X' to grab the key.

- 29Make your way back to the little boy.
- 30OBJECTIVE COMPLETE: Return to the boy.
- 31A (cutscene) will play.
- 32The girl will appear and run away, heading towards the boogeyman, and the world will shift.
Tips
- You can lure Screamers away individually or run past them to reach the cabin.
- When fighting the Dolls inside the cabin, try to get behind them to hit the shadows and dolls simultaneously.
- If you don't have an axe weapon, check the post to the north in the large east room for a fire-axe.
- The placement of the KEY is randomized; you will have to find it yourself.
- If you search a screamer before using the X-ray, it will swipe at you. Search it twice and you'll have to fight it.
