Phases:

1. Phase 1: Standard Assault
   The Enforcer utilizes rapid-fire kinetic weapons and moderate-damage plasma bursts. Its movement is predictable, allowing for dodges and counter-attacks.
2. Phase 2: Overcharged State
   Upon reaching 50% health, the Enforcer enters an overcharged state. Its plasma attacks become more frequent and powerful, and it gains a temporary shield boost.
