The Spectre Division is an elite rebel faction introduced in August 2020, serving as a successor to A.X.I.S. They are comprised of highly trained pilots who utilize advanced Prime Shift technology, enhancing their combat capabilities when dealing or taking damage. This division was developed in response to Keres' declaration of war and the rise of the Imperium Liberatus.

History:
The Spectre Division originated as a secret rebel movement, with its true origins shrouded in mystery. An unknown benefactor anticipated Keres' motives and developed the necessary infrastructure. In the event 'Liberation,' Burr revealed the movement's existence to the rebel population, tasking pilots with gathering intelligence on the Imperium Liberatus. Later, in 'Virago,' it was revealed that V-153 was the benefactor, providing encrypted blueprints for counter-technology. In 'Showdown,' the Spectre Division successfully destroyed the Quantum Replicator Core, forcing Keres and her followers to flee.

Ships and Technology:
Spectre R&D focuses on Prime Shift technology, a combat state that grants ships bonuses based on damage dealt and taken. Key ships include:

• Switch: A Titan-class ship that can mind control spawned ships and debilitate enemies in Prime Shift.
• Breaker: A fast fighter-class hull that boosts allied ship damage and inhibits enemy shield regeneration.
• Deadeye: A long-range attack hull that disables enemy propulsion and boosts its own in Prime Shift.
