The Spectre Division is a faction introduced in August 2020 as a successor to A.X.I.S. They are comprised of elite pilots utilizing advanced Prime Shift technology, which enhances their combat capabilities when engaging opponents. This division was developed in response to Keres' Declaration of War and the Imperium Liberatus.

History: The Spectre Division began as a secret rebel movement, with its origins shrouded in mystery. An unknown benefactor anticipated Keres' motives and established the infrastructure for this movement. Burr later revealed the division's existence to the rebel population, urging pilots to gather intelligence on the Imperium Liberatus. In the game Virago, it was revealed that V-153 was the benefactor, providing blueprints for technology to counter the Liberatus. In Showdown, the Spectre Division successfully destroyed the Quantum Replicator Core, forcing Keres and her followers to flee.
