The closest thing to 'Hidden Caches' in Spectre Divide is collecting Archived Data. You get this by scanning various things out there – think derelict ships, strange cosmic phenomena, even some of the tougher enemies you'll face.

What is Archived Data?

Archived Data is basically intel that you can collect. There are over 120 unique entries to find! Once you scan something and get the data, you can sell it at any data center (often found in places like Starchaser stations) or even to those roaming Stormtracker ships.
