The Witch's Hut

Alright, so you've got a quest to find Irene's grandmother, who lives in the Witch's Hut. Don't worry, it's not too far from where you are! Start by heading to the big bridge that's southwest of the Eastern Palace area. If you're not sure where that is, it's just one screen to the right of Link's House. From that bridge, follow the path heading north.

You'll first trek through a sandy area with a bunch of rock pillars scattered around. Keep pushing north. After that, you'll find yourself walking alongside a river. There's a wooden bridge that crosses it about halfway along this stretch, but you'll want to ignore that and keep going straight north. Eventually, you'll reach a corner. At this point, just turn right, and bam! You've found the Witch's Hut.

Keep an eye out for new monsters along the way; some of them might be a bit tricky if you haven't fought them before.

Good news is, there's a weather vane right next to the hut, so you can zip back here super easily anytime you need to. Once you're inside, the witch has all sorts of potions for sale that can give you different buffs when you use them. Just a heads-up, you'll need to have an empty Bottle to buy any potions. Also, for most potions (except the Red Potion), you'll need to bring the witch some potion ingredients. You can find these in treasure chests or by defeating monsters.

Oh, and before you leave, make sure to rescue Maimai #33! She's stuck on the wall to the left inside the hut. The trick is to merge into the wall near her and then pop out from behind her. This will knock her off the wall. Phew, good thing you found her quickly, or the witch might have accidentally used her as an ingredient!
