Wait for the next revolving guard's back to turn, then walk down the wooden walkway. Collect the note on the barrel near the vault gate. Climb over the gate. Enter the vent to access the warehouse. Collect the note and the 'Madame Cecilia' collectible. Exit the warehouse back to the wine storage deck.

Exit the area and move around to the back right side. Vault over the gate and proceed to the stairs. Collect the note on a crate at the bottom of the stairs.
