Item Shop:

• Eye Drops: 40 Gil
• Antidote: 80 Gil

Consider stocking up on status items. Hi-Potions are recommended based on your maximum HP.

Weapon Shop:

• Serpent Sword: 1,500 Gil (A free one can be found in town)
• Ice Staff: 1,500 Gil (A free one can be found in town)
• Killer Bow: 1,500 Gil (A free one can be found in town)
• Fire Staff: 1,500 Gil (A free one can be found in town)
• Light Staff: 1,500 Gil
• Fire Arrow: 150 Gil
• Ice Arrow: 150 Gil
• Light Arrow: 150 Gil

Warriors and Red Mages can use two Serpent Swords (50 Attack) or a Killer Bow with an Elemental Arrow (43 Attack). Black Mages and White Mages can use Elemental Staves, though it's not strictly necessary as their magic deals damage. Staves become the only option for attack if MP runs out.

Armor Shop:

• Shell Armor: 1,250 Gil
• Flame Mail: 2,500 Gil
• Headband: 1,200 Gil
• Kenpo Gi: 2,000 Gil
• Mage Robe: 2,000 Gil (A free Mage Robe will be obtained soon)

Buy Flame Mail for Warriors, Red Mages, and Thieves. Buy a Headband and a Kenpo Gi for Monks. Buy a Mage Robe for Black/White Mages, and optionally for Red Mages as it increases magical stats by one. A free Scholar Robe will also be obtained soon.

Magic Shop:

• Sight: 100 Gil (Unnecessary)
• Fira: 1,500 Gil
• Blizzara: 1,500 Gil
• Thundara: 1,500 Gil
• Cura: 1,500 Gil
• Teleport: 1,500 Gil (Not excessively useful unless you want to leave dungeons/battles early)
• Blindna: 1,500 Gil (Items like Eye Drops are cheaper and have the same effect)

It is recommended to buy two Firas, three Blizzaras, three Thundaras, and three Curas. Blindna cures Darkness, but purchasing many Eye Drops is more cost-effective as items are available to everyone. Sight is not needed.

Freebies and Information:

• A free Serpent Sword can be found by zooming in on the well on the eastern side of the Inn, going north to a white flower, and interacting with the sparkly spot.
• Speak with the kid in the southwestern alcove after circling the Floating Continent with a Chocobo to receive a Gnomish Bread. This can be repeated for more Gnomish Bread.
• Townspeople will mention that their world exists entirely above the clouds, with a certain tower acting as a support.
