    Defeat Taharka: This boss is weak to Wind and Fire. Use Silence to prevent Blizzaga. Steal the Elixir, Mythril Claws, and the powerful Orichalcon dagger. Taharka is also vulnerable to Sleep and Heat; inflicting Heat can result in an instant kill.

    Return to Kumool: After defeating Taharka, backtrack to the room with Kumool the moogle.

    Chandelier Trap: Intentionally fall into the floor trap near Kumool to land on a chandelier. Open the chest for a Maiden Prayer, then jump off the right side and climb the pole back up.

    Middle Stairs: Take the middle stairs upwards. When you reach the next exit, return to Kumool's room.

    Second Chandelier: Climb the pole on the right side of Kumool's room to reach another chandelier. Open the two chests for a Fork and a Mage Staff.

    Elevator Room: Go back through the middle doorway and follow the path to a large room with a contraption. Open the chest on the left for an Air Racket.

    Elevator and Puzzle: Use the contraption (an elevator) to descend. In the room below, open the chest for a Golem's Flute.

    Pot Puzzle: Pick up the pots and move each one one spot counterclockwise until electricity flows into one. Pick up the pot with the electricity to receive an Ancient Aroma.

    Find Amarant: Backtrack to the elevator and exit Ipsen's Castle. A scene will play, and Zidane will return to the castle alone to find Amarant. Return to Kumool's room and slide down the pole. Amarant will be in the bottom left corner and will rejoin the party after a conversation.
