    A Flying Chocobo: Head to Chocobo's Forest. Find the two remaining Chocograph Pieces to complete your collection. Equip Chocograph #20 - Mist Ocean and dig up the treasure on the northeastern side of the Mist Continent. This rewards you with the Sky Ability, allowing Choco to fly and land anywhere.

    The Final Friendly Monster: With the Sky Ability, travel to Vile Island (north of the center of the map, west of the Outer Continent). This island is home to dangerous Yans. Find the friendly Yan, which will only appear if you've found all other friendly monsters. Give it the Diamond (received from Garuda) to obtain a Rosetta Ring and 50 AP. Alternatively, you can fight the friendly Yan as a superboss for the same rewards.

    The Final Chocographs: Locate Chocobo's Air Garden by finding a moving shadow in one of five possible locations. Use a Dead Pepper to enter. Dig up Chocographs #21, #23, and #24 on the islands within the Air Garden.

    Chocograph Treasures:
    • #21 - Outer Island: Dig up treasure on the Outer Continent, north of Korua Island. Rewards: 21 Amethysts, 16 Garnets, a Genji Armor, and a Ragnarok Sword. Obtaining the Genji Armor here completes the Path of the Samurai trophy/achievement if you have the helmet and gloves.

    #22 - Outer Island 2: Dig up treasure on another small island north of the Outer Continent, near the beach. Rewards: 11 Sapphires, a Circlet, a Pumice Piece, and a Hilda Garde 3 Card.

    #23 - Fairy Island: Dig up treasure on Vile Island (west of the Outer Continent).
Tips
  • Normal Yans are dangerous; use the stutter step technique to avoid them or prepare for tough battles. They are weak to Sleep but counter most attacks.
  • The friendly Yan can be fought as a superboss if you choose not to give it the Diamond. It has high defenses and evade, and its only attack inflicts Silence.
  • Chocobo's Air Garden has five possible spawn locations, indicated by a moving shadow.
