Paralogue 15 Hidden Bravery

You'll start the battle with Siegbert already on your team. He's a Cavalier and is automatically recruited. Be aware that he might be a bit surrounded initially, but the northern enemies tend to stay put, and those close to him are lower level. If you've reached this Paralogue after Chapter 19, Siegbert will have an Offspring Seal available for use on his first turn. You can also move him to the nearby Fort for safety if you prefer.

The main objective here is to use all the Dragon Veins scattered across the map. Activating these Veins is crucial because they stop reinforcements from spawning out of the lake. While more enemies might sound like good EXP, these reinforcements come with the 'Void Curse' ability, meaning you won't gain any EXP from fighting them. So, prioritize shutting down these spawn points to avoid a headache and wasted effort.

It's a good idea to bring along your Royals and their children, if you have them, as they can help speed up the process of reaching and activating the Dragon Veins.

Send your strongest mage towards the right side of the map immediately. Their job is to take out the Onmyoji and Dark Knights found there.

Simultaneously, dispatch your tougher units to the north. Their goal is to clear out the enemies blocking the path to the two forts.

Flying units are incredibly useful here due to their high mobility, allowing them to reach objectives quickly. However, be cautious of the Snipers positioned north of the forts. You can use your flying units to ferry slower, tankier units like Generals up north if needed, but ensure the Snipers don't get a clear shot at them.

Continue pushing north, defeating enemies and activating Dragon Veins as you go.

Your final push should be towards the northeast. Activate any remaining Dragon Veins in this area first, and then focus on defeating the last of the enemy units. The map will conclude once the General and Hero, who act as the 'boss units,' are defeated.
