Walkthrough
- 1When the mission starts, turn left and run west. Turn right and run north at the corner of the Guard Shack.
- 2Run past the vine-covered wall on the left and go up the rock embankment to the path.
- 3Run forward past the large tree to the brick wall connecting the Medical Wing and the Main Building. Turn right to find stairs leading up.
- 4Climb the stairs, turn left 180 degrees, and locate your ICA Crate.
- 5Look right to find a locked door. Pick the lock and enter.
- 6You will be in a narrow hallway with a Keycard Door to your left and another locked door ahead. Pick the lock of the door ahead.
- 7Walk out, turn right after proceeding through the door, and walk forward up the short stairs. Enter Sneak Mode (activate stealth) at the top.
- 8Sneak past the Power Switch and go through the door into the Guard Room.
- 9Grab a Stun Gun, TMP, and SLP .40 Pistol from the Weapons Box if needed.
- 10Sneak forward to a Guard sitting in a chair and incapacitate them with the Stun Gun.
- 11Steal the Video Tape from the Surveillance Machine and grab the Rehab Keycard.
- 12Open the nearby Keycard Door and drag the stunned Guard through it.
- 13Head down the short stairs and drop the Guard near the door leading back outside.
- 14Switch into the Clinic Security Disguise. Your Suit will be placed inside the door.
- 15The Rehab Keycard opens the other Keycard Door leading into the Medical Wing where the Agent is kept.
- 16Proceed through the second Keycard Door to the Medical Wing. To the left of the door is an open window.
- 17Stand between the door and the window, angling the camera to look through the window. You will see an Orderly sitting in a chair. A second Orderly will leave the office, go outside, and return.
Tips
- The SLP .40 Pistol is carried by Clinic Security, found twice in the Guard Shack outside, and twice on the 1st Floor of the Main Building's Guard Room.
- The TMP is carried by Bodyguards and found twice on the 1st Floor of the Main Building's Guard Room.
- Orderlies are considered Guards and can be lured by Weapon Dropping.
- The Therapist Disguise allows you to move through the facility with little suspicion.
- The Stun Gun has the same effect as Sedating and Pistolwhipping.
- Admission papers are required to check into the facility. Future patients wait in the park outside.
- Troublesome patients are confined to the Medical Wing.
- Deceased patients are taken from the Medical Wing to the Morgue.
- You can enter the Main Building through a locked door between the Medical Wing and Main Building, or by stealing Admission Papers outside and entering through the front door.
- Entering through the locked door prevents the main Therapist from wandering.
- The Therapist is initially in the Reception Area and will not leave if you do not enter it.
- You can knock out the Therapist on the 2nd Floor, but it is extra work.
- The doors into the Medical Wing cannot be picked, even with a Lockpick. Only Orderlies have keys.
