    From the dome, make your way to the other side.

    Change into the Secret Service Disguise and grab the West Wing Keycard. This allows safe access everywhere.

    Enter the West Wing and proceed to the stairs on the north side of the floor.

    Go down the stairs and through the door at the bottom.

    Turn left at the next corner and proceed east.

    Angle northeast at the next corner to go down a long hallway leading to a door that exits outside.

    Head straight south from the outside door to reach the Oval Office window.

    Plant an RU-AP Mine by the side of the window.

    Head east toward a tree about halfway through this area. Stand at the south side of the tree.

    Wait for the Vice President to come out and stand in the middle of this area.

    When the Vice President heads to the Oval Office window, check the West Wing, 1st Floor Map (minimap (the small circular map in the bottom-left corner of your screen)) for Parchezzi, who patrols counterclockwise within the Oval Office.

    When Parchezzi reaches the window to meet the Vice President, detonate the RU-AP Mine to kill them both.

    Head east to another double door that leads back into the Main Building.

    Follow the hallway inside and take it back up to the 1st Floor and inside the West Stairwell.

    Enter the Vice President's office, which is guarded by a solitary Marine.

    Stand in the middle of the room and Prep your Poison.

    Wait for the Vice President to enter his office. He may enter through the north or south door.

    If he enters through the north door, he will stop at the south end of the fireplace. If he enters through the south door, he will stand at the window at the southwest corner of the room.

    When he stops, poison him. If the First Lady calls him back, quickly follow him and poison him before he gets too far.

    Drag his body into the next room and dump it into a wooden Container.

    Head back to the 1st Floor of the West Wing and go to the north door of the Oval Office.

    Before entering, either Prep your Poison or have your Silenced Pistol ready.

    Enter the Oval Office to trigger a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) with Parchezzi.

    After the cutscene, Parchezzi will trigger a mine planted on the door behind you and flee. You will be knocked to the ground. Your Threat Meter will turn yellow but will not affect your score.

    Turn your camera to look at the door Parchezzi ran through.

    When you get up, go around the north end of the couch and run through the open door.

    Run through all subsequent doors and turn north when you get through the last one.

    Run east at the corner and follow the path back to the stairs leading up to the 2nd Floor.

    If you encounter Parchezzi in the stairwell, stay behind him.

    Follow Parchezzi out onto the roof.

    As Parchezzi heads down the long straightaway toward the scaffolding, bring out your Poison.

    If you are close enough when he stops between the two vents, poison him. If you are very close, you can poison him mid-stride.
Tips
  • The "Enemy Mined" Method (Easier difficulties): Plant an RU-AP Mine by the Oval Office window and detonate it when the Vice President and Parchezzi meet there.
  • The "Draw!" Method (Easier difficulties with Silenced Pistol): Before entering the Oval Office, equip your Silenced Pistol and go into 1st Person View. Hold down the Fire Button during the cutscene. You may be able to kill Parchezzi just after the cutscene ends. This may not work on console versions and might result in his body being found, preventing a Silent Assassin rating on Professional difficulty. Using the Full Auto upgrade on the Silenced Silverballer may cause you to use the entire clip before regaining control.
  • If the Vice President is not in his office, he is likely taking his dog, Justice, for a walk. He will enter his office after returning from a walk and going into the First Lady's office.
  • The yellow Threat Meter after Parchezzi escapes the Oval Office does not negatively affect your score.
