Walkthrough
- 1From the start, sneak past the car and sedate the Office Guard near it. Do NOT whip him to avoid alerting the Elevator Guards.
- 2Pick the lock of the nearby door and drag the sedated Office Guard into the Elevator Room to hide him. This clears the Garage of patrolling guards.
- 3Head northeast, keeping distance from the Elevator Guards, to find the Spring Valley prop rental van on the east side of the lower Garage level.
- 4Behind the van, find the Heaven Guest Disguise. Do not change into it yet.
- 5Northwest of the Heaven Guest Disguise, near another limo and three trailers, is a pillar. Behind it is a sick Hell Guest.
- 6Go to the Heaven Guest Disguise location, head north, turn left, and go west behind the trailers. Enter Sneak Mode near the last trailer.
- 7Turn left past the last trailer to find the sick guest. Sneak up behind him, Grab him, and Whip him.
- 8Change into the Hell Guest Disguise.
- 9Return to the Elevator Room and drag the sedated Office Guard to the nearby Dumpster and dump him.
- 10Head back to the Heaven Guest Disguise location and change into it.
- 11Return to the Elevator Room, climb the ladder, and take the first Elevator up to the Heaven Party.
- 12Upon reaching the Top Floor, proceed to the main stage area. Observe Eve (a Target) for about thirty seconds.
- 13Return to the Elevator and go back down to the Garage floor.
- 14While waiting for Anthony Martinez to head to the Elevator (which takes about 4-5 minutes), change into the Hell Guest Disguise in the Elevator Room.
- 15Climb the ladder and take the far Elevator down to the Hell Party.
- 16Find Maynard John, identifiable by his red outfit, face, and white hair, usually near the Bar or stairs.
- 17Follow Maynard to the Torture Chamber. After the cutscene, you will find yourself by a table with an MP7 and a Desert Eagle.
- 18The duel takes place in a fenced, segmented, and soundproof room.
- 19To use poison: Stand behind the large concrete pillar near the starting table. Wait for Maynard to shoot at the pillar opposite him. While he is firing, bring out your Poison. After he empties about three clips, the lighting will change.
- 20When the lighting changes, run south, turn the corner, and go through the now open gate.
- 21Head to the pillar Maynard was firing into earlier. Stand exactly by the bullet holes. He will be firing at an angle from the next room, and this position will make you immune to his shots.
- 22When the lighting changes again, turn left to look at the gate. When it opens, run through, turn right, right again at the next corner, and stop inside the wall corner, looking south.
- 23The last gate leading to the center of the room will be closed. The wall will protect you from Maynard's gunfire.

- Using the Poison is a viable alternative to using guns for the duel, allowing you to avoid taking damage.
- The vases on the shelves provide only temporary cover as they can be broken by gunfire.
- When confronting Maynard, he will attempt to shoot you, but initially, he may shoot into the pillar you are hiding behind.
