Approach the East Central Courtyard. If the target is not visible, he will enter from the east. Head north to the center and locate a Container in the northeast corner. Position yourself west of the Container, use 1st Person View (Binoculars), and look northwest.

Wait for the target to appear near your position. Incapacitate him, change into the Delivery Guy Disguise, and drag his body to the Container for disposal.

Alternatively, if you see him entering from the south alley or heading north inside, follow him to the southeast corner of the Container. Sneak up, incapacitate him, change into the Delivery Guy Disguise, and drag him to the Container.

After obtaining the Delivery Guy Disguise and the Diamonds Briefcase, proceed to the Hideout located at the northwest corner of the Streets and Back Alleys area.

Bypass the Bird Guard at the entrance and go upstairs. Turn left to find the spiral stairs.

Ascend to the top of the stairs. Wait near the spot where a Bird Guard patrols between the stairs and the Office. When he stops in front of you and the door closes, incapacitate him.

Drag his body to the door, turn right, and head to the dresser. Drop the body, take his MP9, and change into the Bird Guard Disguise. Place the Diamonds Briefcase by the body.

Prepare your Fiber Wire and enter the Office. Locate Mark and the SG552 rifle propped against the desk. Position yourself behind the desk chair. When Mark sits down, use the Fiber Wire to incapacitate him. Take the Walkie Talkie (to reveal Raymond and Angelina on the Map) and the Desert Eagle.

Clear the Hideout and exterior of Bird Guards to ensure a safe exit with the Diamonds Briefcase.

Head downstairs to the first floor and the large dresser. Stand at the southwest corner and look south at the main doors. When the other Bird Guard returns, incapacitate him and drag his body upstairs into the Office.

For added safety, drag the remaining Bird Guard into the Office. Go to the door at the northeast corner of the first floor, then through the next door (near the TV) to enter the back courtyard.

Proceed east past the archway to find a Container. If a Bird Guard is present, wait north of the archway until he stops. Sneak behind him and incapacitate him, but do not dispose of him in the Container yet.

Store your MP9 in the Weapons Crate to add it to your collection. Take another MP9 from the incapacitated Bird Guard and dispose of him in the Container.

Return upstairs to retrieve the SG552 and bring out the Detonator. Take the SG552 to the Weapons Box and store it. Go back upstairs for the Diamonds Briefcase and return to the courtyard door. Drop the Briefcase just inside the door.

Open the door, peek outside, and wait for a Bird Guard to head north into the alley and then turn back. As he exits your view, go to the metal hatch on the ground near where he turned around and drop your MP9.

Re-enter the Hideout, retrieve the Briefcase, and move to the opposite side of the wall near the Container. Wait for the Guard to return.

The Guard should see the dropped weapon, pick it up, and go inside. The moment he disappears, exit through the alley and return to the West Central Courtyard. Go back to your Suit and leave the Diamonds Briefcase there.

To locate Angelina, go to the West Courtyard. At the southwest corner, you will see a large Piano overhead. The Winch for it is high up to the south. Climb the cage on the east side to access the Winch. Head to the northeast corner and proceed west along the walkway.

Continue to the northwest corner, jump the Balcony going south, and follow the path until you reach the Winch. Plant the Bomb.

Return the same way you came and go to the south end of the north passage of the West Courtyard. Check your Map to find Angelina's current location, as she moves between multiple spots.

Be aware that some of her movements are randomized. One of her potential stops is in the alley to the Salsa Bar on the east side. From here, she can take various routes.

If she heads northwest towards the Rock Bar alley, wait until she is near the alley entrance before acting. She might also suddenly move west along the north side of the block.

If her path suggests she will enter the East Central Courtyard, do nothing, as she will proceed to the Blues Bar alley. If she moves directly west past the entrance, leave the area to initiate the process of pursuing her.

If she enters the East Central Courtyard and heads north into the street, leave the area to start the process of going after her.

Watch for a Cop who may be standing at the street corner southeast of your position or heading towards the alley leading into the West Courtyard.
