    Begin by the primary Exit Point on the Pier. Head north onto the bridge and turn right. Proceed to the nook with your ICA Crate and prepare your pistol (SLP .40 or Silenced Silverballer recommended).

    Continue east to the southeast corner of the Pier and stop behind the Christmas Guard by the railing. Turn north towards the wooden archway leading inside.

    Observe the CCTV Camera above the archway, which sweeps left and right. Beyond the archway is the Guard Room window.

    To avoid the CCTV Camera, wait for the Guard to turn right and leave the window. When the camera sweeps almost fully left, quickly run along the railing and through the right side of the archway. Note that guard and camera timings are not consistent.

    If caught by the camera, you can ignore it and let yourself be seen, which simplifies dealing with the Guard inside.

    Once past the archway, approach the Guard Room door, ready your pistol, open the door, and sneak inside.

    Return to the Guard Shack. Position yourself between the door and the vending machine. The first Guard will eventually enter. Sneak up behind him and Whip him. Leave the body as no one else enters this room.

    The Christmas Guard Disguise does not grant access to upper floors. Take the Elevator to the Staff Floor.

    Enter the door to the right of the main hallway to find a Wine Cellar. Sedate the Bodyguard sitting in a chair.

    Change into the Bodyguard Disguise. This provides full access to the mansion.

    Exit the Wine Cellar through the southwest door into the Break Room.

    Turn right and go through the next door into the stairwell. Turn left and go up the stairs.

    Continue up and through the first door to enter the Kitchen.

    Locate a Sausage on the stove (another is near a trash can). Wait for the drunken Santa to leave the Kitchen.

    The Sausage is for Lorne's dog. Poison the Sausage with a Sedative (saving one for later). Pick up the poisoned Sausage.

    Prepare your SLP .40 Pistol and go through the east door of the Kitchen.

    Turn left to find shelves next to a sofa, where a bottle of Aphrodisiac is located. Pick it up.

    Go through the next door (Staff Only door) and you will see a fireplace to your left.
