Complete Part 59 walkthrough for Mafia: The Old Country, covering stealth and shoot-out approaches to get the director's office key and deal with Michelle.

Walkthrough:

1. Stealth (Knife): Obtain a Knife from the Hotel. Talk to the prostitute (Michelle). Kill the manager with the Knife to avoid a shoot-out. Sneak past the front desk clerk to retrieve the director's office key from a wall behind the desk. The desk clerk may become frightened, but other NPCs won't react as the game isn't programmed for this.
2. Stealth (Baseball Bat): Acquire a Baseball bat from a motorist en route to the Corleone Hotel. Use the bat to incapacitate everyone, including the manager, to bypass a normal shoot-out. Retrieve the director's office key from behind the front desk and skip speaking with Michelle. NPCs won't react as the game isn't programmed for this.
3. Shoot-out: Enter the front lobby and speak with the front desk clerk. Proceed to the second dining room. Position yourself on the far side of the manager (in the white suit) to see his bodyguard in the adjacent room. Shoot the manager, then the bodyguard. Crouch and shoot through the door to eliminate three gangsters and the front desk clerk (who wields a Sawed-off shotgun) attacking from the front lobby. Move to the first dining room and shoot the sailor (who may attack with an S&W Model 10 M&P). Gather weapons and the director's room key. Use the Health cabinet in the small room behind the front desk.
4. Second Floor: Ascend the stairs to the second floor. Eliminate the gangster in the waiting room. Neutralize three gangsters approaching from the third and fourth floors.
5. Third Floor: Reach the third floor. Proceed right through the open glass doors, navigate the hall, and turn right around the bend to the first door on the left. Open this door (right mouse button) to trigger a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) where Michelle congratulates Tommy for winning the
