    You have five minutes to reach a man in a black suit and fedora on the northwest corner of the block adjoining the westmost block of the Works Quarter. Aim to arrive about a minute before the time limit expires.

    Park your car near the man and have Tommy get in. He will tell the man that Lucas sent him and that the police are after him.

    Drive the man to Lucas. A quicker route involves taking a hairpin turn left at the east end of the red guard rail of the Giuliano Bridge, driving over the sidewalk, and going left under the bridge.

    Press the RMB (Right Mouse Button) to start the cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) upon reaching Lucas' service station.

    After the cutscene, Lucas will tell Tommy about a collector's piece, a sixteen-cylinder car with custom bodywork, located at a playboy's party in Oak Hill.

    Drive to the Lassiter V16 Appolyon (a large white open-top car with a lightning bolt design on each side) near the south end of the west side of Oak Hill.

    Talk to the two men standing by the car by pressing RMB. Tommy will tell them to leave.

    Drive the Lassiter V16 Appolyon to the back lot of Salieri's Bar.

    You can talk to Ralphy to delete cars from the garage.

    Press RMB on the front or back door of Salieri's Bar to save the game.
