Part 65

From the right side of the wagon, shoot the gangster with a handgun behind crates on the left.

Go up the stairs and shoot the gangster on the second floor by the stair opening. A Health cabinet with 30 Health is across from the top of the stairs.

Go to the third floor to Sam, who is wounded. A cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) plays where Paulie decides to get a truck to take Sam to a doctor, leaving Tommy to wait with him.

Sam's Health bar (with 9 Health) appears.

Two police cars arrive with policemen. You can shoot from the barn opening near Sam, but be careful not to get stuck or draw fire towards Sam.

Equip the shotgun, go downstairs to the second floor, and stand at the opening to shoot men coming up the stairs. You may need to go downstairs to deal with enemies on the first floor or fire from across the path.

Paulie arrives with the truck and calls for Tommy. Send Tommy out to Paulie.

A cutscene plays where Tommy and Paulie discuss the massacre. Paulie goes to get Sam while Tommy keeps watch.

Paulie carries Sam to the truck. As Paulie tells Tommy to go with Sam and keep watch, cars approach.

Paulie gives Tommy a Thompson and tells him to get behind crates and fire as the cars approach.

A new section begins, titled "09-05 A Trip To The Country-Return Journey". This is a rail shooter sequence where you control Tommy's Thompson 1928.

As Paulie drives the truck, stop three pursuing cars by shooting the driver or the engine of each car. Aim below the driver and fire a small burst.

Paulie drives to the doctor's house. Tommy helps Sam inside, and Paulie wakes the doctor.

Later, Paulie and Tommy discuss the doctor, who is described as the best paid and discreet.

Paulie parks the truck at Salieri's warehouse. Tommy and Paulie discuss the events, the potential war, and say goodnight.

A new section begins, titled "09-06 A Trip To The Country-The Warehouse". You can return to Salieri's Bar or visit Lucas Bertone for an optional mission.
