Navigate rooftops, using sideways movement and cover to eliminate a policeman with a Thompson 1928.

Jump to a building ledge, then drop to a fire escape and climb to the top.

Pass through a gray door to bypass further police encounters.

Alternatively, from the roof, shoot the policeman with the Thompson 1928 before proceeding with the rooftop navigation.

After the shoot-out, move to wooden scaffolding attached to a building and go around the corner.

A cutscene shows Tommy using a ladder to cross to scaffolding attached to the Downtown church.

To re-enter the Corleone Hotel: from the fire escape, go left, then right to the roof corner, and make a running jump to the roof below, landing in the hall behind the window with flames.

An alternate entry involves jumping from the fire escape to a spot past the middle of the projection of the roof below.

Note: At this point, people are not activated to move, flames are non-solid, and explosives have not detonated.

Descend the wooden stairs. A Health cabinet with 100 Health is located on a landing halfway down.

A cutscene plays where Tommy escapes a shoot-out and enters a church holding a funeral service for Billy, the councillor's son.

Billy's friend recognizes Tommy as the killer of Billy and alerts the other attendees, leading to a shoot-out.

Sergio Morello may be present among the attackers.

Most attendees leave, leaving six attackers.

Use the door for cover to eliminate the first gangster.

Move to the doorway for cover and shoot gangsters in the pews on the left and right.
