Complete Mafia: The Old Country Part 86 walkthrough, including the chase after Sergio and the harbor shootout. Tommy has full health and ammo at the start.
Walkthrough
- 1Chase Sergio Morello's Lassiter V16 Fordor, marked as a red X on the (minimap (the small circular map in the bottom-left corner of your screen)) and a blue X on the (radar (your minimap with nearby blips and threats marked)) (Tab).
- 2Do not attempt to kill Sergio; his car is invincible. Fail the mission if you let Sergio get too far away.
- 3Start by heading west from the railroad crossing, then south to a T-intersection.
- 4Go right at the T-intersection, then left across the Giuliano Bridge.
- 5Continue south past the south end of a Y-intersection, then go right.
- 6Take the second right and cross the West Marshall Bridge.
- 7Take the third left, which is a wide road, and proceed toward the intersection at the end of the road.
- 8The chase concludes near the harbor by the Works Quarter.
- 9A (cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically)) plays showing four armed gangsters guarding the Port of Lost Heaven entrance. Sergio yells at them to kill Tommy.
- 10Tommy brakes with a fishtail to park across the drive inside the entrance as Sergio's men fire at him. He crouches behind his car.
- 11Sergio exits his car and directs his men to attack Tommy.
- 12Tommy shoots one of Morello's men, leaving three initial attackers.
- 13Crouch when firing and collect weapons as needed.
- 14Turn right to shoot a gangster with a Colt 1911 who runs to a guardhouse.
- 15Turn left to shoot a gangster with a Pump-action shotgun who runs behind a hedge.
- 16Stand up as needed to shoot a gangster by a Bolt Truck (cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects)) when he is not firing his Thompson 1928.
- 17Shoot a gangster with an S&W Model 10 M&P who runs left from behind a green Bolt Truck (cover).
- 18A green Bolt Truck Flatbed arrives from between two orange brick warehouses on the right. Kill the two gangsters with Pump-action shotguns that exit the truck.
- 19Kill two gangsters by another green Bolt Truck Flatbed around the corner of the second orange brick warehouse.
- 20Go past the second orange brick warehouse and turn right to shoot a gangster with a Pump-action shotgun on the second floor of a blue-gray warehouse.
- 21Shoot several gangsters who may approach from between the second orange brick warehouse and the blue-green warehouse.
- 22Proceed toward two railroad tank cars. One possible method is using a Springfield rifle to blow up cylindrical containers.
- 23Go ahead to a two-story gray warehouse, move along its right side, and shoot a gangster emerging from a warehouse door by a green Bolt Truck (cover).
- 24Shoot a gangster approaching from across the aisle between a warehouse with "LOST HEAVEN PORT" and another with "DISPATCH HALL" (or "HALA ZALADUNKU" in Polish).
- 25Shoot a second gangster from the warehouse door by the green Bolt Truck (cover).
- 26You can go toward the direction the green Bolt Truck (cover) is pointing, between the "DISPATCH HALL" warehouse and the warehouse to its left, to find a building with five "ENTER" doors. On the left side is a small room with a Health cabinet worth 50 Health.
- 27Continue ahead, past wooden shacks on the left, between the harbor wall and warehouses on the right, and over a low mound of dirt.
- 28Continue toward a small brick building with orange shingles and shoot the two gangsters with Pump-action shotguns by the porch on the right.
- 29Continue to a larger brick building with gray shingles and go through the blue door into a hall.
- 30Go through the second door on the right.
