Shoot the sniper facing out the window, take their US rifle M1903 Springfield, and equip it.

Go back into the hall, proceed through the door at the end of the hall into a locker room, and use the Health cabinet worth 50 Health.

Return to the room where you shot the sniper and go through the blue door to exit the building.

Go to the far side of the stacks of boards and shoot one of the four large horizontal cylindrical containers on a railroad flat car near the gray crates by the ship to cause an explosion that kills several gangsters.

Proceed to the two railroad tank cars.

Uberwolf420's Grenades/truck method: Return to the green Bolt Truck Flatbed that came from between two orange brick warehouses. Go left and between the orange brick buildings, then right and past the two-story blue-gray warehouse. Turn left and shoot the gangster between two railroad boxcars in the distance.

Proceed toward the two one-story orange brick buildings connected by an orange roof at a 90-degree angle and shoot the gangster on the porch between them. (You can also go to the side of one of these buildings across from the two-story blue-gray warehouse and use the Health cabinet worth 50 Health.)

Go between the two one-story orange brick buildings, onto the divider walk between two railroad tracks, and turn left to shoot a gangster by some green railroad boxcars.

Go to the compartmentalized box on a crate by those boxcars to obtain a couple of Grenades.

Return to your starting position for this method and get into the green Bolt Truck Flatbed. Drive right, turn right just before the one-story warehouse with "LOST HEAVEN PORT" in red letters, and proceed toward the coast. Go left near the coast, past or between the legs of three red cranes by the ships, then left to run over the gangster beside the right side of the red crates with gray crates on top. Drive right and park past the two railroad tank cars.

Go to the nearby one-story orange brick building with a gray roof and throw a Grenade through the open window to the left of the blue door, then move a safe distance away as the explosion kills the sniper inside.

Go to the other side of the building and kill the gangster at the small one-story orange brick building with an orange roof.

Go to the two railroad tank cars and use them for cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) while using the Thompson 1928 to shoot the sniper on the nearest red crane.

XmafiaguyX's Springfield rifle/blow up the big cylindrical containers method: Proceed along the wall on the left, shooting a gangster on the raised walk to your right, another on the grass farther ahead, and a third on the raised walk behind you.

Continue ahead toward the one-story orange brick building with orange shingles and shoot the two gangsters on or by the porch on the right side of the building, one of whom has a Pump-action shotgun.

Go past that porch, then ahead and to the right. Enter the blue door of the orange brick building with a gray roof into a hall, go through the second door on the right, shoot the sniper facing out the window, take their US rifle M1903 Springfield, and equip it.

Return to the hall, go through the door at the end into a locker room, and use the Health cabinet worth 50 Health.

Go back to the room where you shot the sniper and exit through the blue door.

Proceed forward near the harbor wall on your left to the end of the railroad track and shoot one of the four large horizontal cylindrical containers on a railroad flat car by the gray crates by the ship to cause an explosion that kills several gangsters.

Go to the two railroad tank cars.

At the two railroad tank cars, go to the track at one end, throw the track switch, cross the track, stand safely to the side of the nearby tanker car, and pull the metal wedge from in front of it. Follow the tanker car as it dents a warehouse door. Liquid fuel begins to leak from the tanker car.

(A second tanker car is available if you do not succeed with the previous method.)

(Uberwolf420 also has Tommy go to the third batch of big shipping crates the tank car passed and shoot a gangster on the far side of those crates, using the crates for cover while using the Thompson 1928 to shoot the sniper on a second red crane.)

Proceed toward the dented warehouse door.

Cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically): Liquid fuel continues to leak from the tanker car. Morello is heard inside the warehouse saying, "Ha! That didn't work. Huh?" Tommy walks to the tanker car and sees the leak as Morello says, "I know you're tryin,' y'bastard. My brother'll kill you and all your whole family." Tommy lights a cigarette as Morello calls out, "Give it up. You're dead!" Tommy walks away from the tanker in the direction the liquid will flow. Morello shouts, "You won't get in here, ya idiot. You're too small for me! Hey--ya hear?"

Tommy is approached by a rivulet of fuel, which he ignites with his cigarette. He moves behind a corner of the warehouse for protection as the fuel catches fire. The tanker car explodes, breaking the door open.

Enter the opening of the warehouse and shoot the gangster with an S&W Model 27 Magnum that is on a stack of boards to the left. Go inside.
