    Talk to Salieri after he plays "Out for No Good" by The Mills Brothers on his gramophone.

    Go to Vincenzo's workshop and talk to him to receive the Mosin-Nagant 1891/30 rifle with 10 bullets and a Colt 1911 handgun.

    Talk to Ralphy, who will give you a Wright Coupe car.

    Drive to the lot at the left side of the old prison (LH COUNTY JAIL) on the north end of Central Island.

    At the back right side of the lot, near some road barriers and a manhole cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects), you can interact with a worker.

    To avoid police attention upon leaving the prison: either kill the worker and drag his body into the manhole, or ignore the worker and drop your weapons to be frisked by two undercover plainclothes policemen.

    To get a Bolt Hearse: kill the worker, leave the body, drop your weapons, and be frisked by one of the four undercover policemen who appear. The Bolt Hearse is parked nearby.

    Climb down through the manhole and follow the path to a ladder.

  • You can shoot the four dogs through the fence, but it is recommended to save ammo for the gangsters you will confront.
  • The Mosin-Nagant rifle has a telescopic sight, allowing you to hit the target from a much greater distance, specifically from the tower of the old abandoned prison on the north tip of Central Island, overlooking the park where the politician has a rally.
  • You will likely only get one shot at the target; if you miss, the job will be ruined as they will cover him.
