Speak to the NPC outside the tower about mimics and Goborns.

Enter the tower and proceed up the first set of stairs. Defeat Goborns (Estos are easy, Ligo may require Squad Battles) and Potolpos (trigger their self-destruct from a distance). Loot the blue orb for a Magician White Mask.
