First, you must complete a small story quest to obtain the Potion of Blight after visiting the Dragon Temple. This will make side quests on Virga Island appear.

Locate the Dejected Man at the Inn Well, near the inn on Virga Island.

He will tell you about his sister who went to the Spire of Blind Faith to study monsters and hasn't returned. He asks you to go there and defeat the Leogron.

Speak to the informant to get the exact location of the Spire of Blind Faith, which will then be revealed on your world map.

Travel to the Spire of Blind Faith, located south of Virga Island. Be aware that the weather here is always bad, making enemies stronger and disabling Turn Icon benefits from critical hits or exploiting weaknesses. It's recommended to complete the main story dungeons for Virga Island first to level up, as some enemies are level 46+ and the boss is level 55.

Consider using the weather NPC on Virga Island to clear the bad weather for up to three days. Your first use is free; subsequent uses require specific dishes or ingredients. If you use this service, go directly to the dungeon without stopping at the Orbwise Path, as it will consume a day.

The Spire of Blind Faith is a gimmick dungeon. Ensure your characters are in the back row to avoid stronger enemies and more turns during battles. Use characters proficient in the back row, such as magic users or Gunners.

Climb to the top floor (or the one just before it) and defeat the Leogron. The boss may debuff your attack with wind abilities.

After defeating the Leogron, obtain the Monster's Notebook.

Return to the questgiver with the Monster's Notebook to complete the quest.
