Location: At the Valor Lakefront, there is a couple in one of the hotel rooms at the resort. Talk to one of them to get the Coin Toss.

Function: The Coin Toss allows you to toss a virtual coin. It is useful for settling real-life disputes or deciding who goes first at a tournament, though it is otherwise considered a useless item.
