Walkthrough

    Enter one of the five Battle Frontier facilities: Battle Tower, Battle Factory, Battle Arcade, Battle Castle, or Battle Hall.

    Engage in 7 consecutive battles within the chosen facility.

    Upon completing the 7th battle, you will earn a Streak and BP.

    Losing a battle resets your Streak count to 0.

    Achieve a certain number of Streaks to encounter Frontier Brains, the leaders of each area.

    Defeating a Frontier Brain awards you 20 BP and a special print.

    Each Battle Tower has two available prints.

Battle Points (BP) and Shops:

BP is a special currency earned by winning 7 trainer battles or defeating Frontier Brains. You can spend BP at various shops within the Battle Frontier to buy exclusive items and TMs.

Battle Items Available for BP:

  • 1 BP: HP Up, Carbos, Calcium, Iron, Protein, Zinc
  • 16 BP: Power Belt, Power Bracer, Power Band, Power Lens, Power Weight, Power Anklet, Flame Orb, Toxic Orb
  • 32 BP: Power Herb, White Herb
  • 48 BP: Choice Band, Focus Band, Brightpowder, Scope Lens, Focus Sash, Muscle Band, Choice Scarf, Razor Fang, Razor Claw, Rare Candy

TM Items Available for BP:

  • 32 BP: TM 73 Thunder Wave, TM 61 Will-O-Wisp, TM 45 Attract, TM 06 Toxic
  • 40 BP: TM 40 Aerial Ace, TM 31 Brick Break
  • 48 BP: TM 04 Calm Mind, TM 08 Bulk Up
  • 64 BP: TM 30 Shadow Ball, TM 81 X-Scissor, TM 53 Energy Ball

Battle Frontier Scratch Cards:

For 1 BP, you can purchase 3 scratch cards out of four available options. You choose which three cards you receive, but the prizes are always random combinations.

Scratch Card Mechanics:

  1. Each card features four predetermined Pokémon: Chingling, Cherubi, Mantyke, and Budew, each next to a random prize.
  2. A Ditto symbol acts as a wild card, substituting for any Pokémon.
  3. You can scratch off 3 out of 9 white squares on the touch screen (minimap (the small circular map in the bottom-left corner of your screen)).
  4. To win a prize, you must match 3 of the same Pokémon (or use Ditto as a substitute).
  5. Scratching off squares with different Pokémon consecutively results in a losing ticket.

Scratch Card Prizes:

There are 24 possible prizes: 23 Berries and 1 sell-able item (Nugget). If you win a Nugget, you receive one. If you win a berry, you receive three.

  • Berries: Grepa Berry, Rindo Berry, Pomeg Berry, Occa Berry, Chople Berry, Qualot Berry, Wacan Berry, Yache Berry, Hondew Berry, Passho Berry, Keibia Berry, Kelpsy Berry, Tamato Berry, Coba Berry, Shuca Berry, Payapa Berry, Charti Berry, Tanga Berry, Haban Berry, Kasib Berry, Colbur Berry, Chilan Berry, Babiri Berry.
  • Sell-able Item: Nugget.
