Alright, so you're looking to snag some sweet Eeveelution items in Pokémon XD? Your first stop for these is actually pretty early in the game, right in Gateon Port. You'll be heading to the Parts Shop, but don't just waltz in! You'll actually get one of the items from a sailor minding the shop for Perr. He's super chill and will let you pick one of five Eeveelution items: a Water Stone (for Vaporeon), Thunderstone (for Jolteon), Fire Stone (for Flareon), Moon Shard (for Umbreon), or Sun Shard (for Espeon). Just a heads-up, while the stones work instantly, Eevee needs to be happy to evolve into Umbreon or Espeon. Luckily, your starter Eevee comes with max happiness, so it'll evolve with just a level-up!
