Where to Find SPHEAL

SPHEAL can be found in a couple of key locations. Your best bet is usually around the Phenac City area, specifically in the waters. Keep your eyes peeled when you're exploring the coastal regions or any areas with bodies of water. Sometimes, these Pokémon can be a bit tricky to spot, so be patient!

Catching SPHEAL

When you encounter a SPHEAL, remember it's a Water/Ice-type. This means it's going to be resistant to Water and Ice-type attacks, so don't lead with those unless you're trying to weaken it. On the flip side, it's weak to Electric, Grass, Fighting, and Rock-type moves. If you have Pokémon that know these moves, they'll be super effective!
