    Speak to the Priest in Lumbridge. He will inform you about a ghost haunting his church.

    Travel south around the long fence and continue south until you find a hut. Speak to the Urhney inside and mention that the Priest sent you. He will give you the amulet of ghost speak (an item that allows you to understand ghosts).

    Return to the church in Lumbridge and enter the graveyard. Speak to the ghost about his problems. You will learn about a skull.

    Head to the Wizard's Tower, located south of Draynor Village. Descend the ladder into the cellar.

    Retrieve the skull from the cellar. A skeleton (level 19) will attack you. Defeat it and take the skull.

    Go back to the ghost in Lumbridge. Place the skull into the coffin. Your quest is now complete, and the ghost will express its gratitude.
