After speaking with Elena, travel to Jerico, located east of the river. Inside his house, search both cupboards. One will be empty, while the other contains pigeon food. Afterward, proceed to the backyard and collect the cage with the pigeons.

Go to the West Ardougnian wall and head to the south end. You will find a character who will inform you about a ladder and the need to distract a mourner and their tower. He will also advise you to return to Jerico, but do not follow this instruction.

Proceed to the watchtower, situated north of Omart. Use the bird seed on the watchtower. Release the birds, which will attack the tower, allowing you to inform Omart and then climb the wall.

Once on the other side, travel north to the monsters' quarters, the most northeastern building in the area. Take the rotten apple to the northwest and place it in the cooking pot at the back of the quarters. Approach the front of the monsters' quarters and speak with the mourner, who will instruct you to fetch the nurse.

Locate the nurse in a hut to the southwest. She will provide information about the mourners. Search her cupboard and take the doctor gown. Return to the mourner's house and enter.

Go upstairs and defeat the mourner. You will obtain a key. Use this key on the gate and search the crates. One of the crates contains Elena's distillator.

Return to Kilron at the south end, speak with him, and climb the ladder. Go back to Elena, who will direct you to the chemist in Rimmington to acquire touch-paper. She will warn you that the vials are fragile and advise against engaging in any fights. Avoid teleporting. The chemist is located just west of Rimmington.

Upon arrival, inform the chemist that Elena is a friend and state that you require the touch-paper for Guidor. Do not claim to have the sample, as this will cause him to confiscate it. Speak with the errand boys outside. Give DeVinci the Ethena, Chancy the honey, and Hops the Sulphuric Broline. Then, proceed to the Dancing Donkey Inn in the new area southeast of Varrock.

At the inn, talk to the boys and collect the vials. Speak with Guidor's wife, who is in the room to the east. She will express a desire to see a priest. Go to the party house shop (the house to the north), purchase the priest robes, and equip them. Return to Guidor's wife and inform her that you are a priest. She will grant you access to Guidor, who will reveal that there is no illness. Consequently, you must return to Elena.

Upon returning to Elena, report Guidor's statement. She will then instruct you to visit the king of East Ardougne. Go to the paladin house, located south of Elena (a gated area with numerous Paladins), and speak with King Lanthas. He will inform you about King Tyra and then reward you.
