Some of the characters have more than one victory quote. Why just one for each?

In Street Fighter II, not all fighters possess more than one victory quote. This detail primarily applies to Super Street Fighter II, where each character was given only one taunt. However, in earlier versions of the game, every character, including Chun Li, had two victory quotes. These were likely removed because they were not particularly insulting or humorous, such as Guile's taunt to Chun Li, "Go home and become a family man!", or Chun Li's own quote to herself, "What a wimpy woman! ..."
