Directions in this guide will use compass points (N, E, S, W, etc.) relative to the top of the screen or a described landmark. Due to the often linear nature of maps in Titan Quest 2, getting lost is generally difficult.

Side quest descriptions follow the format: Side quest : <side quest name> : <source of quest> : <destination of quest>. The source is where you receive the quest, and the destination is where you complete it.
