Help IIya Repair His Radio

Travel to Skethermoor and head to Brinsop Manor Ruins (coordinates: 39.6E, 77.2N). Be wary of Outlaws outside.

Enter the ruins and find the cellar entrance. You can access a hedge maze via a crawlspace (north) or broken wall (east).

Navigate the hedge maze using the following directions from the eastern entrance: Go through the archway and take the left entrance. Follow the path to another archway to your right, but do not go through it. Go past it and take a right just after. Follow the path to the next archway and go through it, turning right immediately after. Stay on the path, passing two more archways. After the second archway, do not go left, continue on the path. The cellar will be around the corner to your left.

Inside the Brinsop Cellar, avoid traps. Head east, then turn north (if you went right initially) or south (if you went left initially) to find Illya. Holster your weapon as you approach.

Speak to Illya. Choose friendly dialogue options, express helpfulness, and state you are not allied with the Soldiers.

Illya will ask for 10x Scrap and 4x Glue to fix his Radio Set. These can be found in the cellar if you don't have them.

Return to Illya with the materials and hand them over.

Exit the cellar and return to Illya's location. He will be gone, leaving a note stating the radio failed and he has left.

Loot the cellar for a B.A.R.D Crate, a recipe, and other useful materials.
