It's just south of the Old Mine, towards the northeast part of the map. Now, when you get to the Garden Centre area, you might run into some patrols. You can either duck behind cover and wait for them to pass, or just deal with them so you can explore without any interruptions. If you approach the Garden Centre from the west, the very first hut you see on your right is the Greenhouse Hut. Go up to it, and you'll see it's locked, needing a special key.

The good news is, you don't have to travel far for the Greenhouse Hut Key. It's actually right there within the Garden Centre itself.
