    • Method 1: Kill Captain Sims
      • Locate Captain Sims in the Village Hall, Wyndham Village (Coordinates: 33.4E, 79.3N).

    Method 2: Protocol Outpost
    • The Protocol Outpost is in northeast Wyndham (Coordinates: 34.9E, 80.8N).

    Enter the outpost through a small building with red doors on Bridge Street (Coordinates: 34.6E, 81.6N). Climb over obstructions to enter.

    Inside, you'll find a B.A.R.D Crate and a crawlspace leading into the Outpost. Save your game before proceeding.

    From the crawlspace, look for ladders on scaffolding leading to the roof of the building ahead.
